问题：css背景100%平铺浏览器缩小背景显示不全bug

解决办法：在width=100%;后面加个min-width:1200px;

例子：#wp_100{background:url(../img/footerbj22.jpg) repeat-x; background-position:center bottom;width:100%;min-width:1200px; margin:0 auto; padding:0; }
